I have spent the last 20 years of my life in sales, and my wife spending the last 15 in Customer Service. Before this my wife and I have had extensive time in the Food Industry so we both know what Customer Service is. Jason Dowdey and his Team at Weichert Realtors in Willmar exemplify CUSTOMER SERVICE. We listed our house 2 years before trying to downsize without success with someone else. While we were making a call on a friend we noticed a home for sale in her association. We called to set up a time to look at the property. They set up a time to show us the next day which happened to be July 4th. (This in itself is very impressive) We saw the property, liked the location, discussed with each other and decided to look at it again and possible list our home. We made an appointment to look at the property again. We again talked and decided to make an offer, list our current home and if it did not sell we would rent it out after 3-4 months. We called Jason and said we wanted to make an offer. We looked at the home one more time with Jason and made an offer. He stopped over the next day to list our house and helped us set a sale price. We had quick a Open House 2 days later and also had 2 more showings that day, with one the night before. Jason made a brochure for our house that was so good that our 3 children each took one to remember the house they grew up in. Jason and his team promptly returned all of our calls and messages. Jason promptly and courteously answered all of our questions, and there were some. He generously guided us through the purchase and sale of our homes. Also, the best part, from making an offer on our new home, offer being accepted, listing, showing, and accepting an offer on our existing home ONLY 11 days elapsed.
